DiBiCoo is organizing Business Design Trainings especially for stakeholders from the biogas sectors in Ghana, Ethiopia, South Africa, Indonesia, and Argentina. Trainers and local co-trainers, international and national biogas experts, DiBiCoo partners, participating companies and project developers will come together to exchange expertise and learn from each other’s experience.
Two trainers specialized in Business Design and Business Modelling concepts and methods together with a technical advisor on biogas business models and local trainers familiar with the sectors in each country will guide through the trainings to help stakeholders design strong, sustainable, and innovative business models. Participants will learn how to apply the methods and concepts locally and thematically and will be able to connect and network with various stakeholders to share their experiences from biogas projects.
The training will start beginning of March and include various training modules and sessions in virtual and hybrid format. Participants will get acquainted with (biogas) business model design in general which is complemented by a deep dive into local biogas business development to find solutions for the respective context.
The training includes in general 3 blocks with several modules:
